Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that is the art of hand and foot fighting. We focus on a more traditional style to teach to the community. Our focus is to bring children and families together while learning how to defend themselves and work together.

Teens, adults, families and children of all ages are welcome to take our classes. You can be a beginner, have no experience, or already have participated in a martial art before.
Any fitness level is welcome to join!

This is a great time to get rid of the stress from your workday, school, or just a great way to spend time together as a family. Its to help you get in shape while learning self defense. TKD can help reduce stress, lower depression, improve self-esteem, and build stronger muscles and bones.
